    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to the 21st Century Technology,
    3         Research, and Scholarship Enhancement Act; repealing
    4         s. 6, ch. 2006-58, Laws of Florida; abrogating the
    5         repeal of s. 1004.226, F.S., which created the 21st
    6         Century World Class Scholars Program; providing an
    7         effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Section 6 of chapter 2006-58, Laws of Florida,
   12  is repealed.
   13         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
