    2         An act relating to county court judges; amending s.
    3         34.022, F.S.; increasing the number of county court
    4         judges authorized for St. Johns County; providing an
    5         effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. Subsection (55) of section 34.022, Florida
   10  Statutes, is amended to read:
   11         34.022 Number of county court judges for each county.—The
   12  number of county court judges in each county shall be as
   13  follows:

   15  COUNTY                                                     TOTAL
   16         (55) St. Johns........................................3 2
   17         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2021.
