    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to assisted living facilities;
    3         repealing s. 429.54, F.S.; repealing a provision
    4         authorizing the Department of Elderly Affairs to
    5         collect information regarding the cost of providing
    6         certain services in facilities and to conduct field
    7         visits and audits; repealing a provision authorizing a
    8         local subsidy; providing an effective date.

   10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   11  
   12         Section 1. Section 429.54, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   13         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
