    2         An act relating to notices of commencement; amending
    3         s. 713.13, F.S.; requiring the Department of Business
    4         and Professional Regulation to furnish for
    5         distribution a uniform notice of commencement;
    6         requiring owners and authorized agents of owners to
    7         use such uniform notice; providing an effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Paragraph (d) of subsection (1) of section
   12  713.13, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
   13         713.13 Notice of commencement.—
   14         (1)
   15         (d) The Department of Business and Professional Regulation
   16  shall furnish for distribution a uniform notice of commencement
   17  must be in substantially the following form, and an owner or an
   18  owner’s authorized agent must use such uniform notice of
   19  commencement for the purposes of this subsection:

   65  STATUTES, AND CAN RESULT IN YOUR PAYING TWICE FOR IMPROVEMENTS
