    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to fees; amending s. 320.08056, F.S.;
    3         establishing a fee for a certain specialty license
    4         plate; providing a contingent effective date.

    6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    7  
    8         Section 1. Paragraph (ffff) is added to subsection (4) of
    9  section 320.08056, Florida Statutes, to read:
   10         320.08056 Specialty license plates.—
   11         (4) The following license plate annual use fees shall be
   12  collected for the appropriate specialty license plates:
   13         (ffff) Highwaymen license plate, $25.
   14         Section 2. This act shall take effect on the same date that
   15  SB 480 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation
   16  is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension
   17  thereof and becomes a law.
