    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to sales representative contracts;
    3         repealing s. 686.201, F.S., relating to sales
    4         representative contracts, commissions, requirements,
    5         termination of agreements, and civil remedies;
    6         providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Section 686.201, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
