    2         An act relating to the Florida Enterprise Zone Act;
    3         amending s. 290.016, F.S.; postponing the repeal of
    4         the act; providing an effective date.

    6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    7  
    8         Section 1. Section 290.016, Florida Statutes, is amended to
    9  read:
   10         290.016 Repeal.—Sections 290.001-290.014 are repealed
   11  December 31, 2025 2015.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2014.
