    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to drug screening for persons applying
    3         for public assistance benefits; repealing s. 414.0652,
    4         F.S., relating to requirements that applicants for
    5         benefits under the Temporary Assistance for Needy
    6         Families program be subjected to drug screening;
    7         providing an effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Section 414.0652, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
