    2         An act relating to a tobacco settlement agreement;
    3         repealing s. 569.23, F.S., relating to security
    4         requirements for tobacco settlement agreement
    5         signatories, successors, parents, and affiliates;
    6         providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Section 569.23, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2018.
