1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to district courts of appeal;
3	repealing s. 35.13, F.S., relating to requirements for
4	a quorum and requiring a majority for a decision;
5	providing an effective date.

7	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
8
9	Section 1.  Section 35.13, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
10	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
