| 13 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |

| 15 | Section 1. Subsection (6) of section 626.2815, Florida |
| 16 | Statutes, is repealed. |
| 17 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012. |
