| 7 | agent, cotton or leaf tobacco unless it is baled or |
| 8 | boxed in the usual manner or written evidence that the |
| 9 | producer has parted with her or his interest is |
| 10 | exhibited; providing an effective date. |

| 12 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |

| 14 | Section 1. Section 865.08, Florida Statutes, is repealed. |
| 15 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012. |
