2	An act relating to sheep-killing dogs; repealing s.
3	767.02, F.S., relating to a prohibition on allowing sheep-
4	killing dogs to roam about; providing an effective date.

6	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

8	Section 1.  Section 767.02, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
9	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
