HB 4079

1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to licensure of health care facilities;
3	repealing s. 395.0163, F.S., relating to inspections,
4	submission and approval of plans, and fees charged by the
5	Agency for Health Care Administration for construction
6	projects by a public or private health care facility
7	licensed or subject to licensure by the state; providing
8	an effective date.

10	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
11
12	Section 1.  Section 395.0163, Florida Statutes, is
13	repealed.
14	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
