1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to the Miami River Commission; repealing
3	s. 163.061, F.S., relating to the requirement of a
4	unanimous vote of the appointed members of the commission
5	to adopt certain acts; providing an effective date.

7	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9	Section 1.  Section 163.061, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
10	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
