1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to the Division of Alcoholic Beverages
3	and Tobacco; repealing s. 561.665, F.S., relating to
4	the division restricting licensees from permitting
5	certain activities; repealing provisions prohibiting
6	beverage licensees maintaining, owning, or operating
7	certain commercial establishments from allowing the
8	exploitation of persons with dwarfism; providing an
9	effective date.

11	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
12
13	Section 1.  Section 561.665, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
14	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
