1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman
3	Program; repealing s. 400.0089, F.S., relating to data
4	reports regarding complaints about and conditions in long-
5	term care facilities; providing an effective date.

7	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
8
9	Section 1.  Section 400.0089, Florida Statutes, is
10	repealed.
11	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
