1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to the Department of Health; repealing
3	s. 381.00325, F.S., relating to department
4	authorization for the development of a Hepatitis A
5	awareness program; providing an effective date.

7	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
8
9	Section 1.  Section 381.00325, Florida Statutes, is
10	repealed.
11	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
