1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to state road designations; designating
3	Stark Memorial Drive in Duval County; directing the
4	Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers;
5	providing an effective date.

7	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9	Section 1.  Stark Memorial Drive designated; Department of
10	Transportation to erect suitable markers.-
11	(1)  That portion of State Road 101/Mayport Road between
12	State Road A1A and Wonderwood Connector in Duval County is
13	designated as "Stark Memorial Drive."
14	(2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
15	suitable markers designating Stark Memorial Drive as described
16	in subsection (1).
17	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
