HB 879

1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to state designations; providing an
3	honorary designation of a certain state park in a
4	specified county; directing the Department of
5	Environmental Protection to erect suitable markers;
6	providing an effective date.

8	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
9
10	Section 1.  Eula Johnson State Park designated; Department
11	of Environmental Protection to erect suitable markers.-
12	(1)  The John U. Lloyd Beach State Park in Broward County
13	is redesignated as "Eula Johnson State Park."
14	(2)  The Department of Environmental Protection is directed
15	to erect suitable markers designating Eula Johnson State Park as
16	described in subsection (1).
17	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.
