HB 801

1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to state agency business cards; amending
3	s. 287.042, F.S.; requiring the Department of Management
4	Services to delegate to state agencies the authority to
5	braille their business cards or to purchase business cards
6	that are brailled; providing an effective date.

8	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10	Section 1.  Paragraph (c) is added to subsection (6) of
11	section 287.042, Florida Statutes, to read:
12	287.042  Powers, duties, and functions.-The department
13	shall have the following powers, duties, and functions:
14	(6)
15	(c)  The department shall delegate to agencies the
16	authority to braille their business cards or purchase business
17	cards that are brailled.
18	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
