1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to the state budget; requiring that
3	certain expenditures by a state agency for a construction
4	project must be a separate line item in the General
5	Appropriations Act; providing an effective date.

7	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
8
9	Section 1.  Any expenditure by a state agency for a
10	construction project that exceeds $10 million must be a separate
11	line item in the General Appropriations Act.
12	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
