| 4 | criteria be admitted to any Florida College System |
| 5 | institution or state university of the veteran's choice; |

| 8 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 9 | |
| 10 | Section 1. Any veteran of the United States Armed Forces |
| 11 | who was a resident of this state 4 years before entering |
| 12 | military service and who holds an associate degree or has earned |
| 13 | at least 60 college credit hours from a Florida College System |
| 14 | institution shall be admitted to any Florida College System |
| 15 | institution or state university of the veteran's choice. |
| 16 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011. |
