2	An act relating to state symbols; creating s. 15.03865,
3	F.S.; designating the Barking Tree Frog as the official
4	state amphibian; providing an effective date.

6	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

8	Section 1.  Section 15.03865, Florida Statutes, is created
9	to read:
10	15.03865  Official state amphibian.-The Barking Tree Frog
11	(Hyla gratiosa) is designated the official state amphibian.
12	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
