| 7 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 8 | |
| 9 | Section 1. Subsection (7) of section 381.0065, Florida |
| 10 | Statutes, is renumbered as subsection (8), and a new subsection |
| 11 | (7) is added to that section, to read: |
| 12 | 381.0065 Onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems; |
| 13 | regulation.- |
| 14 | (7) EXEMPTED SYSTEMS.-Onsite sewage treatment and disposal |
| 15 | systems less than 4 years old are exempt from the permitting and |
| 16 | maintenance requirements of this section. |
| 17 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011. |
