1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to primary sponsors of legislation;
3	authorizing the naming of certain primary sponsors of
4	legislation in the short title of a bill and its companion
5	when agreed to by all primary sponsors of the bill and its
6	companion; providing an effective date.

8	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10	Section 1. When agreed upon by all members of the Senate
11	and the House of Representatives who are primary sponsors of a
12	general bill and its companion, the names of one primary Senate
13	sponsor and one primary House sponsor may be included in the
14	short title of that bill and its companion.
15	Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
