Immediately following Specific Appropriation 472, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 472, $1,236,473 in nonrecurring 
funds from the General Revenue Fund is provided for breast and cervical 
cancer screening through the Mary Brogan Breast and Cervical Cancer 
Early Detection Program.
