On Page: 239             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Plantation - Special Needs Playground 
Spec App: 1729A          Equipment (Senate Form 1719). Reduces funding by the 
                         same amount from Contracted Services within the 
                         Department of Management Services.
