On Page: 180             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Oak Street Home II - Female Teen 
Spec App: 1196           Delinquency Prevention Program (Senate Form 1723). 
                         Reduces funding by the same amount from within the 
                         Department of Corrections.
