On Page: 346             Provides $100,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Midway Environmental Protection - Septic 
Spec App: 2815           to Sewer (Senate Form 2109).  Reduces funding by the 
                         same amount from Statewide Capital Depreciation.
