The Committee on Appropriations (Powell) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 05              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 259             In the Department of Transportation, Local 
                         Transportation Projects Category, reduces funding 
Spec App: 1906A          from the State Transportation Trust Fund of $100,000 
                         for the SR 826/NE 163rd Street Transportation Safety 
                         Infrastructure Improvements (Senate Form 2273) and 
                         provides $100,000 for the Biscayne Green (Senate 
                         Form 1199).
