On Page: 229             Provides $50,000 in nonrecurring general revenue for 
                         the Town of Bay Harbor Islands Sewer Lateral Lining 
Spec App: 1606A          project and reduces the same amount from Hialeah 
                         Gardens Central District Drainage Improvements
