On Page: 347             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Earlington Heights Metrorail, Metrobus 
Spec App:  2112A         Drop Off, & Work Force Housing Development (SF 
                         3442). Reduces the Fixed Capital Outlay Reed Act 
                         Building - Statewide category by the same amount.
