On Page: 224             Provides $300,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 20 - 
Spec App:  1177          Virtual Reality Police Training (SF 2284). Reduces 
                         the Department of Juvenile Justice Maintenance and 
                         Repair - State Owned Buildings category by the same 
                         amount.
