The Committee on Appropriations (Harrell) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 114             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Reach Out and Read: A Children's 
Spec App:  436           Literacy Program Through Pediatric Primary Care (SF 
                         1821). Reduces funding by the same amount from Nova 
                         Southeastern University Veterans Access Clinic 
                         (1771).
