On Page: 103             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Tri-County Human Services - Jersey Commons 
Spec App:  370A          Project for Housing and Health (SF 1679). Reduces 
                         funding by the same amount for Tri-County Human 
                         Services - Jersey Commons Project for Housing and 
                         Health (SF 1659).
