On Page: 258             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Fernandina Beach Historic Downtown 
Spec App: 1705A          Resiliency Seawall Construction Project (SF 2233) 
                         and reduces funding for the Hilliard - Sanitary 
                         Sewer Collection System Rehabilitation (SF 1766) by 
                         the same amount.
