On Page: 258             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Osceola County Whitted Neighborhood Water 
Spec App: 1705A          System (SF 2705) and reduces funding for the Osceola 
                         County Buenaventura Lakes Drainage Improvements (SF 
                         2707) by the same amount.
