On Page: 258             Provides $500,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Panama City Stormwater Management Design 
Spec App: 1705A          and Construction - Southern Area (SF 1604) and 
                         reduces funding from the Ponte Vedra Beach North 
                         Beach and Dune Restoration III (SF 1512) by the same 
                         amount.
