On Page: 258             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Volusia County - Gemini Springs BMAP 
Spec App: 1705A          Protection Grant for Utility Improvements (SF 1509) 
                         and reduces funding for the Department of Management 
                         Services Capital Depreciation appropriation category 
                         by the same amount.
