On Page: 258             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Lantana Watermain Replacement (SF 1897) 
Spec App: 1705A          and reduces funding for the Delray Beach Public 
                         Seawall Improvement (SF 1943) by the same amount.
