On Page: 258             Provides $985,255 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Palm Beach County Loxahatchee River 
Spec App: 1705A          Preservation Initiative (SF 1891) and reduces 
                         funding for the Department of Management Services 
                         Capital Depreciation appropriation category by the 
                         same amount.
