On Page: 258             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Palmetto Bay Stormwater Improvements 
Spec App: 1705A          Sub-Basin #44 (SF 2368) and reduces funding for the 
                         Miami-Dade County - Tropical Park - Equestrian 
                         Center and Park General Improvements (SF 1418) by 
                         the same amount.
