On Page: 258             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Key Biscayne Sand Replacement (SF 1319) 
Spec App: 1705A          and reduces funding for the Homestead Pump Station 
                         #22 Upgrades (SF 1341) by the same amount.
