On Page: 258             Provides $300,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Branford Spray Field Project (SF 2295) and 
Spec App: 1705A          reduces funding for the Department of Management 
                         Services Capital Depreciation appropriation category 
                         by the same amount.
