On Page: 258             Provides $500,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Columbia County North Florida Mega 
Spec App: 1705A          Industrial Park Water Plant (SF 1841) and reduces 
                         funding for the Department of Management Services 
                         Capital Depreciation appropriation category by the 
                         same amount.
