On Page: 254             Provides $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Cape Coral Historic Caloosahatchee 
Spec App: 1682X          Shoreline Preservation Project (SF 2214) and reduces 
                         funding for the Department of Management Services 
                         Capital Depreciation appropriation category by the 
                         same amount.
