amendment:

On Page: 254             Provides $85,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Ponce Inlet Storm Drainage Backflow Device 
Spec App: 1682D          and River Outfall Addition (SF 1952) and reduces 
                         funding for the  University of Central Florida - 
                         Restore Indian River Lagoon Inflow (SF 2804) by the 
                         same amount.
