On Page: 238             Provides $130,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Apalachicola Spray Field Repairs (SF 2797) 
Spec App: 1546A          and reduces funding for the Suwannee County 
                         Agricultural Complex and Coliseum by the same 
                         amount.
