amendment:

On Page: 450             Adds language to revert and appropriate the 
                         unexpended balance of funds provided to the 
Spec App:                Department of Transportation, for the Brooksville 
                         Tampa Bay Regional Airport and Technology Center 
                         Multi-Modal Project (HB 9001) (Senate Form 1193) for 
                         Fiscal Year 2023-2024 to the Brooksville-Tampa Bay 
                         Regional Airport and Technology Center Multi-Modal 
                         Project (SF 3237).

SECTION 188. The unexpended balance of funds provided to the Department 
of Transportation for the Brooksville Tampa Bay Regional Airport and 
Technology Center Multi-Modal Project (HB 9001) (Senate Form 1193) in 
Specific Appropriation 1988A of chapter 2022-156, Laws of Florida, shall 
revert and is appropriated for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 to the department 
for Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport & Technology Center 
Multi-Modal Project (SF 3237).
